Clare Barber

‘Up Close’ is a unique view of towering oil rings from the Port of Invergordon where rigs lie in the Cromarty Firth awaiting dismantling or re-commissioning. On some days the ‘thrum’ from the rigs can be heard across the bay. On others, they stand in ghostly silence in the Firth, echoes of their toil for liquid gold.
